October 9, 2025- Downtown Nashville welcomed a major new addition to its iconic Lower Broadway entertainment district Wednesday night as country music star Post Malone celebrated the grand opening of his highly anticipated bar and entertainment venue, Posty’s. Drawing more than 30,000 fans to the heart of Music City, the celebration transformed Broadway into a massive gathering of music lovers, locals, and visitors eager to welcome the newest addition to Nashville’s renowned nightlife scene.
Located at 305 Broadway, Posty’s spans an impressive 26,000 square feet, making it the largest ground floor space on Broadway. Designed to bring together live music, nightlife, and the welcoming atmosphere that has made Nashville a destination for music fans worldwide, the venue features six bars, three stages, a rooftop, and dual entrances on Broadway and Third Avenue. Its opening marks another significant addition to a district that continues to evolve while maintaining its reputation as one of the country's most recognizable live entertainment destinations.
Post Malone was joined at the venue's Third Avenue entrance by Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell, Metro Police Chief John Drake, District Councilman Jacob Kupin, and Director of Nightlife Benton McDonough for an official ribbon cutting ceremony. Hosted by iHeartRadio personality Wayne D, the ceremony brought together city officials, community representatives, and members of the entertainment industry to officially welcome Posty’s to Lower Broadway.
Following the ceremony, Post Malone gave Nashville an unforgettable grand opening celebration with a surprise free concert on Broadway, drawing thousands of fans into the streets for a special live performance. A stage had been constructed overnight at the intersection of Third Avenue and Broadway, setting the scene for an unexpected outdoor show that brought the heart of downtown Nashville to a standstill. The free performance gave fans an opportunity to celebrate alongside the artist without needing a ticket, turning the venue's opening into a citywide music event.
Paying tribute to the country music community that has embraced him throughout his musical journey, Post delivered a special set of country covers featuring appearances from some of the genre's biggest names. Dierks Bentley joined him for “What Was I Thinking,” while Lainey Wilson made a surprise appearance for “Nosedive.” Country music legends Brooks & Dunn also took the stage, joining Post for fan favorites “Neon Moon” and “Brand New Man.” The collaborations brought an exciting Nashville connection to the evening, highlighting Post Malone's appreciation for country music and the relationships he has developed within the genre.
With more than 30,000 fans gathering throughout Lower Broadway, the celebration was a memorable moment for Nashville's live music community. Between the official ribbon cutting, the free outdoor concert, and the unexpected guest appearances, the evening offered a fitting introduction to what Posty’s hopes to bring to Music City: a high-energy entertainment destination that celebrates live music, Southern hospitality, and the culture that makes Nashville unique.
Developed in partnership with TC Restaurant Group, Posty’s represents Post Malone's latest venture into Nashville's hospitality and entertainment scene.
