Rain or shine, Zac Brown Band delivered an unforgettable show—proving once again why they’re true veterans of the country music stage. They lit up the stage with crowd-pleasers like “Chicken Fried,” “Knee Deep,” “Homegrown,” and more, their sound carrying for miles down Key Biscayne. In a heartfelt tribute to Veterans Day, the band brought members of the Navy on stage to honor their service. All in all, it was a powerful and fitting way to close out an incredible festival weekend.

For those craving a little Southern flair by the sea, Country Bay Music Festival delivered in full on November 9–10. Set against the stunning backdrop of Virginia Key, the second edition of Miami’s own country fest returned with a stacked 2024 lineup headlined by Carrie Underwood and Zac Brown Band. The weekend also featured a jam-packed daytime roster including Gabby Barrett, Chase Rice, Niko Moon, Diplo presents Thomas Wesley, Chris Janson, Dustin Lynch, Parmalee, Chase Matthew, and many more. Meanwhile, some of country’s freshest rising stars took over the Demesmin & Dover Rodeo Roundup Stage, with standout performances from RVSHVD, Waylon Wyatt, Shaylen, Willie Jones, Emily Ann Roberts, and others. Beyond the music, fans enjoyed line dancing, mechanical bull rides, and plenty of food and drinks at the iconic Miami Marine Stadium. Some even arrived by boat—because in South Florida, that’s just how cowboys roll. Presented by Miami-based entertainment company Loud And Live, the festival promised another year of success—and they delivered.

    Diplo brought nonstop energy to the stage, blending country, EDM, and pop into one crowd-hyping set. He dropped hits like Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song,” his remix of Morgan Wallen’s “Heartless,” and a surprise throwback with Shania Twain’s “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” He even gave a shoutout to his sister and her kids in the crowd. With smooth transitions and bold genre mixing, Diplo kept the party going all night.

    Gabby Barrett hit the stage right after the rain cleared—and she truly owned the moment. Since her breakout on Season 16 of American Idol, Barrett has flourished, with her hit “I Hope” storming the charts and reaching No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart—making her the first solo female artist to do so with a debut single since 2017. She delivered a heartfelt and powerful set, joined by her band and husband Cade Foehner on lead guitar. With a glowing post-storm sunset behind her, Barrett gave the crowd a stunning performance to remember.

    From Missouri to Miami, Chris Janson delivered an unforgettable performance. He brought the energy with hits like “Buy Me a Boat” and “Fix a Drink,” then slowed things down with the powerful and emotional “Drunk Girl.” A standout moment came when he brought his son on stage to sing alongside him, adding a heartfelt touch to the set. Janson’s passion for his music and the example he sets for his children is both clear and deeply admirable.

    Niko Moon was the embodiment of sunshine, captivating the crowd from the first beat to the last. His music radiated feel-good energy, all about tropical vibes, good times, and living life to the fullest. He performed fan favorites like “Good Time,” “Paradise to Me,” and a beloved cover of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band’s “Fishin’ in the Dark.” His set was vibrant, joyful, and undeniably uplifting.
